Built on Over 20 Years of Experience
DC World Entertainment is owned and led by Dominique B Cisse, who has worked in the entertainment and event industry for more than 20 years.
Over that time, Dominique has built and operated entertainment businesses and security services, supporting a wide range of public and private events. His background across both creative and operational sides of events has shaped DC World’s unique approach — combining engaging entertainment with structured planning and professional safety management.
From live music and cultural performances to crowd control and on-site coordination, this experience has created a business that understands events from every angle.
A Strong Foundation in Multicultural Events
One of the most significant chapters in this journey has been FESTURI, the multicultural music and dance festival founded and led by Dominique.
For nine consecutive years, until 2023, Dominique served as President of FESTURI, overseeing the delivery of one of Queensland’s most recognised multicultural festivals. The festival brought together artists, communities, and audiences from diverse cultural backgrounds, celebrating unity through music, dance, and food.
This experience strengthened DC World Entertainment’s commitment to:
