Performer/Presenter agrees to deliver a professional service and arrive at the agreed time.
Equipment: Performer/Presenter is responsible for their own equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Insurance: Performer/Presenter is responsible for holding their own current public liability insurance and, if requested, must provide a copy of their certificate of currency to DC World Entertainment Agency prior to the event.
Payment: Payment will be made as agreed between both parties.
Cancellation: If the Performer/Presenter withdraws from this agreement within 7 days of the event, any deposit paid must be repaid to DC World Entertainment Agency unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the Performer/Presenter fails to attend or otherwise breaches this agreement, DC World Entertainment Agency and any co-organiser reserve the right to recover any losses or costs incurred, including through legal proceedings if necessary.
Media: DC World Entertainment may capture and use media for promotional purposes.
Liability: Performer/Presenter is responsible for their conduct and equipment.
Force Majeure: DC World may modify or cancel due to circumstances beyond control.
